This is one of the best time management program avalibale today . Pack aged with the office suite of applications from microsoft , outlook is not an email client . These tips will help you harness the power of Outlook .

Bypass read receipts .

To skip Read receipts , you need ti know which e-mails request them . To do this , you need to change the look of your Inbox . Select you Inbox and click Field Chooser , in the combo box . Select ‘ All Mail Fields ‘ , and locate the ‘ Receipt Requested ‘ field .
Drag and drop this field to the Inbox window . You will see an additional column with the values ‘Yes/Blank’ . Here , ‘Yes’ means a read receipt is requested .

To bypass Read Receipt , you have two alternatives – the first is to click ‘ NO’ when such an e-mail opens . You can make Outlook remember your choice for all e-mails that request read receipts .

The alternative is to navigate Tools -> Options -> E-mail Option – > Tracking Options , and select any of the three responses – Always , Never or Ask – that need to occur when e-mails with read receipts arrive .

Move Fast

There are some shortcut keys in Outlook, which are very useful while navigating . Pressing [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[I] moves you directly to the Inbox folder and [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[0] moves you to Outbox Folder .

Similarly , if you are working with calendars and constantly need to switch between the weekly and monthly view, you can use [Alt]+[-] and [Alt]+[=] respectively .

Last Section of optimization tips for your website , we have seen something that you might be known . We can see some more tips in this part . .

Re-Use Images :

If an image is repeated throughout the site, use the same file across all the pages so that it needs to be downloaded only once — the browser’s cache takes care of this . If you use similar images, break them into static and changing parts so you can re-use the static part of the image .

Smaller Images :

The size of an image will be small if you use a 256- color palette. GIFs are generally smaller than JPEGs, but JPEGs offers better quality when using lots of colors , as on photographs . With smaller images , use distinct edges and crisp colors .

Almost all imaging tools optimize images by saving them with a palette of only those colors used in the image . Some applications let you choose how many colours to use in the image . It then replaces colours not found in the palette with the nearest match, thus reducing the image size .

Avoid too many animated graphics. A lot of them together are unpleasant to the eye and also take longer to download as compared to simple images .

Changing two settings will really provide a big increases in speed without having any effect on your workflow. Select Tools>options and click on the General tab . The first setting that needs to be changed is the number of Undo levels . Most users will not go back more than 5 to 10 steps ,thus you can safely lower this numbers . The higher this setting , the more data that is taking up memory and slowing your computer down .

The second is the Enable Real Time preview checkbox, this can really slow down your computer . Uncheck it and you’ll find that things work lot better .

Using Guides

Most CorelDRAW user s know that you can use non-printing ruler guides – dragged on to the page from horizontal and vertical rulers – to help align objects on the page of artwork . But did you also know that guides do not have to be lines? They can be created from rectangles , ellipses , polygons or any other shapes that you can draw .

Ruler Guides are non-printing horizontals, vertical or angled lines that can be placed on a either by dragging them from the rulers on the screen, or by positioning them precisely from a dialogue window. Objects can snap to guidelines to aid perfect alignment .

Page rank drops are one of the major problem of many bloggers all over the world . . Google updates page rank once in 3 or 4 month and in the mean time many bloggers are suffers from page rank drops. Why google is doing like this ? Its very difficult to answer this question . . Because no one knows the proper answer . I lost my page rank of my domain two weeks before , when i was in search of the reason i found various answers but these reasons are not true . Some of the reasons are

1 . Don’t copy and put the post

2 . Don’t go for payperpost

3 .Avoid writing sponsors

4 . Main reason is writing advertising reviews .

So these are the restrictions for bloggers . . Most of the bloggers wants to earn money from there blog , these are the sources of earning , If google restricts this and all , What’s the way to earn money ?
